Vocal Pedagogy experience
Ms. Balliro has taught in Vienna on the faculty of private music
conservatories and in her private studio for several years. Her
students can be seen and heard in various musical theater
productions throughout the region, and in concerts and
churches around Vienna.
Ms. Balliro´s education as a pedagogue includes studies at
Richard Miller´s Vocal Performance Pedagogy Institute,
participation in The Austrian Voice Institute, and in the
certification program for Speech Level Singing based in Los
Angeles. Ms. Balliro´s education and training includes the
principles of acoustics and physiology as they pertain to vocal
production.
The methods she uses have also been successful in students
with nodules, pre-nodules, and other pathologies. She has
worked with children and adults, and has experience providing
beginners to advanced students with the understanding and
tools necessary to become effective, versatile performers.
